About Hubert Farms
The Hubert family has resided in Granville since 1998 and founded Hubert Farms in 2016.The Hubert family (Leonard, Gail, Jonathan and Jordyn) operate an apple orchard, raise honey bees, grow seasonal vegetables and on occasion offer seasonal annuals and perennials. Our farm is located just west of downtown Granville and nestled among beautiful grounds which include beautiful flowers and foliage to intentionally promote the health of our dwindling pollinators. We believe in supporting our pollinators that pollinate our farm crops resulting in the production of our food. Pollinators pollinate approximately 80% of the world’s flowering plants. Approximately one fourth of American food production is dependent on honeybees. We are dedicated to providing a habitat to help our pollinators thrive.

Abigails Raw Honey
Abigail’s Honey etc. is raw and produced locally. Since moving to our farm we have had honey bees essentially to pollinate our apple orchard. Initially we had someone manage our bees until their schedule would not allow. I became fascinated with our “girls” and decided to launch out into the world of honey bees. The name Abigail’s is a tribute to my parents who were my rock other that Christ and my husband. My mother told me that they wanted to name me Abigail but because we had such an unusual last name (Jinks) they shortened it to Gail. Both of my parents have passed on into eternity and naming our honey brand Abigail’s is my way of allowing their legacy live on here on earth.
